In this example it is a sanitary application, i.e. cutting and milling of contours as well as milling of openings such as drains or overflows or whirlpool jets.
While a component is being machined on one side of the table, the finished component can be removed and a new component placed on the other side of the table. After confirming the program switch, the machine automatically moves to the other work table and starts machining the new component there.
Due to the low level of investment, the systems can also be used for smaller plastic and composite components. This results in a short-term amortization with rational production!
