As a CNC machine manufacturer, we manufacture everything ourselves and thus retain our independence. The constantly growing volume of orders and the demand for large projects laid the foundation for the construction of our state-of-the-art, eco-friendly manufacturing facility. Its spacious, bright and cleverly designed machining areas guarantee an optimised workflow for our employees. Our manufacturing facility is also equipped with two permanently integrated cranes and transport trolleys which allow us to work ergonomically when manufacturing the CNC machining centres.
The work on your CNC machine takes place in a perfect production cycle. From the creation of the data set and the CAM program to completion of the finished parts and painting – with our manufacturing you get everything from one place, directly from the manufacturer and 100% made in Germany.

Manufacturing your
CNC machine – welding, milling, painting
Once we receive your order, the basic materials for your CNC machining centre are ordered. The next step is for your machining centre to be added to our manufacturing schedule and specific manufacturing orders for the CNC milling machine to be issued to the relevant specialist departments. In addition to the housing, all of the components inside the CNC machine are manufactured and painted in our factory. These include all axes, cases, distributors, extraction units and other add-on parts. During manufacturing, every single one of our departments follows the schedule for the particular area of manufacturing – so that your CNC machining centre can be delivered by the agreed deadline.
As well as the machining centre itself, we also manufacture suitable fixtures for your component. We do this by processing and milling all the materials that are needed such as aluminium, plastics, steel and composites in our factory. As soon as all the parts have been manufactured and painted, they are all taken to our main factory, picked and prepared for further assembly.
