Gantry Model Making Milling Machine Compact G-S-F/MK
Four closed sides, a translucent retractable roof, easy to equip, easy to clean and easily accessible. A 5-axis compact model for milling aluminium which can be populated with very heavy workpieces weighing well over 3500 kg. The CNC machining centre G-S-F/MK has been developed for rapid installation and commissioning. Thanks to the way it operates, machining is hugely time-saving and precise.
The optimised steel clevis increases the level of stiffness during milling. The 21 kW high-frequency milling spindle, which is ideally suited to constant operation (in S6), enables highly precise operation. This gantry milling machine therefore provides the best foundation for serial machining of aluminium.

safely and cleanly
The 5-axis milling head which is installed in the CNC machine and has a direct measuring system enables optimum spatial machining of the workpieces. Even with heavy-duty chip removal, reliable precision is still guaranteed by the motorised clamping of the two rotary axes. The workpiece can be perfectly fixed and milled on the stable, heavy-duty steel T-slot table.
In addition, all the machine guides of the CNC milling machine are protected in the top section, so above the cutting process. The chips which are produced are collected in troughs with step grates which are located within the closed machine compartment. This allows optimum cleaning of the milling machine.
Roughing and finishing
with maximum precision
The gantry drive system enables maximum precision with optimum acceleration and adapted feed. The CNC machining centre thus allows you to perform all important operations, from roughing and finishing through to creating a superfine finish on the surface – and it is also easy to operate. Our compact machining centre is the optimum CNC milling machine for aluminium and a real all-rounder for milling in general. This is because as well as machining aluminium the milling machine can be converted to process plastic parts at any time. And that’s not all: The retractable roof and the front of the CNC milling machine can be opened completely. This means that even heavy or unwieldy parts can easily be loaded into the CNC machining centre using a crane. The compact gantry milling machine thus offers maximum flexibility and efficiency.
