CNC 5-AXIS MILLING MACHINE UNIVERSAL TYPE G-S-F/U

This 5-axis milling machine represents the fusion of years of experience, engineering effort, and the wishes and requirements of our customers. It combines the machine concepts of massive model construction plants with those of CNC milling machines for plastics and composite materials. The CNC 5-axis milling system G-S-F/U in gantry design is not only much more space-saving than massive model construction mills, but its performance falls between the basic concepts of PSF/GSF and PSF-M/GSF-M. Moreover, the CNC machine impresses with a simple setup process and straightforward cleaning, which is particularly easy to carry out due to the gantry design.

The CNC machining center is ideal for sophisticated post-processing of plastics or for milling work in mold making and model making. As a top-class 5-axis milling machine, it easily facilitates material changes.

The machine effortlessly handles the processing of model-making materials like Ureol as well as milling all types of plastics, composite materials like CFRP, GFRP, or aluminum. Equipped with a powerful Hiteco spindle of 15 kW in S6, it also offers an impressive rapid traverse speed of the linear axes X/Y at 80 m/min and Z at 60 m/min. This rapid movement is made possible, among other things, by a precise rack-and-pinion drive in the Z-axis.

LOW MAINTENANCE AND PRECISE IN MILLING

Our CNC milling machine features a low-maintenance 10-slot tool changer that travels along with the carrier of the Y-axis, enabling efficient and quick tool changes.

Workpiece fixtures can be easily and time-efficiently positioned on the table using master dowels.

The combination of a powerful milling spindle and the stable overall design results in absolute accuracy in the milling process, something we, as CNC machine manufacturers, always keep a close focus on. The machine is precisely engineered by our engineers and constructed to be very low maintenance, drawing on our decades of experience in machine construction.
